BEC Trackday at Llandow - 30th Sept
Hi All
If anyone's interested, several of us from the Yahoo BEC list are doing a trackday at Llandow (near Cardiff) on Saturday 30th September. Cost is
only £90 for the day, and its open pit lane.
Its not a BEC only day, just a general trackday thats run by Llandow themselves that we've tagged onto, but it should be at least 50% BECs if
not more.
There was around 10 spaces left when I booked this morning, so call the circuit direct and book a spot ASAP if you're interested, or if you just
want to come along and watch then that shouldnt be a problem, you might even be able to blag a passenger ride if you ask nicely

cheers
Chris

Chris do you know if this is per driver or for the car with any driver?
If it's for a car and one driver how much for additional drivers?

Yep bring lids if you're after passenger rides as not many people will be willing to lend you their own, especially if its a hot day!
I might be on the blag myself to have a drive of my mate's turbo Megabusa, he's promised me a go for the last 2 trackdays but never
actually got round to it.

Do you happen to know what there noise limit is?
The bike club at work seem to think that they are not to bothered as most of them were using race cans and no noise testing was used.

Yeh they are pretty relaxed about it, officially its 105db I think but Ive been there several times before and never seen a noise meter despite some
fairly loud cars in attendence.
I think basically as long as you don't take the p*ss and turn up with open pipes etc, there wouldnt be a problem, they just put the limit there
just in case they need to enforce it for something especially noisy

Excellent, make sure you book it ASAP if you havent already as there can't be too many spaces left.
Also for those that havent been before or want an idea of what the circuit is like, there's a couple of Llandow laps of mine
here and here
