All going to plan so far

Hi Guys,

Just thought I would post a pic of the build so far, had a few days in the garage this week and managed to get most of the panneling done.

Kosmo.

Looks great Kosmo, especially like the bike stand in the background.

oh I don' t know, just look at those boxes and shelves. No doubt an organised person by nature, not like my garage where usually I decide to tidy up when I can no longer move and then have a big fire out back…

How can you resist not taking that bubble wrap off?!?

Oh how the memories come flooding back! Actually that's how I bought my Striker as a hardly part built kit. If i did it again I would definitely specify the full roll cage.

At first glance the chassis' look similar apart from the main difference being BEC v CEC. However ther are numerous revisions on your chasis which make it a better design.

You'll be on the road this summer!

Nice work mate,

only thing i would say is that i trial fitted my bodywork then nemoved it until its almost the last bit to go back on.

It stops you damaging it when your working and it makes access to wiring and plumbing a hell of a lot easier.

I must admit to putting it back on a couple of times to give me a bit of motivation that it will eventually end up looking like a car!
