Powercommander Map for R1 engine

Hi
Does anyone have a Powercommander map for MK Indy with R1 2003 engine.
I have an aftermarket filter and an unknow straight through exhaust.

Thanks but I have been told that those maps are ok for bikes but I need a special for having the engine in a car.
