anyone got one of these brackets or pump
hi all
i found this working pump in the garage which i think was of a honda 600cc or 900cc which i now want to use thing is the rubber band around the pump
is broken and the metal bravket in the pic is missing. does anyone know what its off not sure if i could make some kind of bracket for it.
also i dont know which pipe is which .

looks like a blade one.
get some pipe lagging the foam stuff works a treat and make a small "u" bracket.

Just drill a couple of holes in the existing bracket and then wrap an inch wide strip of ali round the rubber and pump and put a couple of small (m5)
nut/bolts through the holes...

Yeah I'd agree looks like a blade pump (although seen a few look similar)
Interesting idea about using the pipe foam. You will laugh but my old fuel pump was held on with Zip Ties
As for pipes the 2 metal ones will be intake and output I couldn't tell you which was which without trying it with fuel in a container for
example and see which one sucked
The rubber pipe I believe is a breather which I have blocked off on mine and works fine so if anyone reading this thinks, "Oh no Don't
block that off!" please let me know
