spark plugs
I am about to change my plugs. Should I buy standard plugs or is there anything betterout there.
R1 engine

Buy the NGK Iridium ones...
At about £6 each, they're not cheap but they do make a difference. Not sure about long term life, but we've noticed a difference on a
couple of bikes

yip got them also now on my road cars and the bike  idle speed went up and their good for 25k apparently
