bec will not turn over

hi i have conneted up the cluch switch and the side stand and the cut off switch
but it will not turn over
the neutral switch is not working but that shouldnt stop it turning over should it
if i put a earth to th starter relay on the blue/white wire it will turn over
so what do you think if i bypass that side of the cutoff relay and
a: join the black wire from the alarm to the blue and white wire from the relay
and bypass that side of the relay

b:cut the red/white wire on the starter relay and join that into the crank side

so it would the be switched + instead of being switched earth
what do you think as this would bypass the safty switches

this is picture to show what im thinking of Rescued attachment IMAG0132.JPG

Yes, the neutral switch is usually interlocked with the stand switch, so bike will start on the stand, but if you put it in gear with the stand down it cuts out.
