SVA - Design weight issue

One of the snags the SVA gave me was that I had given an incorrect design weight. They have stated I need to get a letter from the manufacturer (ie locost) to change the design weight. Since locust do not actually exsist does anyone have any idea's on how to get around this?

If it is a book built Chassis look at it this way Who Built it - You did ! therefore you are the Manufacturer Surely. If FORD made a chassis from Steel then They would be the Manufacturer of that Chassis.

So write a letter on Headed Paper From youself to SVA stating you Manufactured the vheicle (and can back this up with recipets for the "steel" and the design weight have changed and are now .......
