R1 engine mods to avoid oil surge

Hi,
Like everyone else I've read the StrykerR1 website with great interest & think it would be useful to replicate his sump baffle.
He also mentions an "oil pressure releif valve tulip". Can anyone give me a hint what this would look like & where it would go.......?
Thanks
Bob C

I, for one Bob, freely admit that I have not got a clue what the hell he is on about. I have heard the term tulip used in foreign contexts referring to what we call an olive used in compression fittings to seal a joint.

yours, Pete.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Hi,
I have documented the install of the sump baffle and oil tulip on my website, www.fisherfury.com.

If you look at the 29th November I detail the installation of the sump baffle and the 6th of December for the fitting of the oil tulip.

I hope this is useful, but drop me a note if I can be of any further assistance.

Regards
Chris
