Success!!

After the recent flooding saga the beast runs on Boxing Day!
I swapped all the jets and needles from the 9 carbs into a set 0ff a ZX7R stuck them on the inlet and the bloody thing started and idled beautifully.
Anyone know of any isues with the 7 carbs on a 9??

They are probably just undersized for the engine. You really need to get it on a rolling road to see if you lose any bhp.

I would definitely recommmend rollling road, I did mine and even with the 'correct' ones recommended in the Dynojet kit, both idle and mains were changed and it can much better - well worth the £100 to know I'm not knackering the engine and I'm getting max power. Use a garage that is used to BEC's though.
