RX1N query
Hi,
I have started to wire up my clocks and just wanted to check if I was doing it correctly. I just want to check if the backlight should always be on
once the key is turned (as per the case with mine at the mo) or should it only come on when I turn the dipped beam on
thanks in advance

On modern bikes the backlight allways goes on when ignition is on. (motor don´t need to run.
At least on my most recent babys: GSXR1000-05, Yamaha R1-04, Kawasaki ZX10R-04 and GSXR1000-03.
Not ment to brag, just indicate that it´s true for most brands!
