which model of power commander for 04/05 r1...?

which model of power commander would it be advisable to get...? as isn't there one that can alter both fuel and ign/timing, or will the basic one suffice..? i'm wanting to create an sva map, then a power map to suit my airbox/exhaust config... thanks for any help.
