fuel and brake line routes

Hi all,
Have done a quick search but couldnt find an answer in previous threads.

Does anyone have any recommendations on the best route to run the fuel lines?
And any particular type/size of fuel lines I should use? Link to supplier too if poss.
And do I need to protect the pipes with anything to stop vibrations causing them to crack/split?

Same question but for the brake pipes please.

Details of car:
MK Indy R
'08 R1 engine
Discs all round
LSD

A diagram would be fantastic if possible please.

cheers.

I beleive the brake and fuel lines can be routed on the same side of the tranny tunnel but the fuel line CANNOT be run next to the wiring loom.

How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

I installed the brakes as per MK and have installed the fuel lines so far. I am currently completing the wiring but can e-mail you my build diary to date which should give you some idea. U2U me your e-mail address and I will try and get it to you today.
