I have the chance of the titled engine to put in my plastic pick-up but what's the score with RWD gearboxes? Do they have Ford bellhousing pattern or Mazda, or is it another trip to the lathe?

what about a transit mt75 box from a 2.4 duratorq rwd like this

The bellhousing on that Tranny box looks nothing like the type9 pattern so I'l take a punt on the engine and aim to be making a new bellhousing!
