Just looking on ebay for any local cheap car and found 1988 FORD SIERRA L BLUE | eBay

Did the 4 speed 1.6 sierra's have 3.14 diffs ?

PLease note. Don't assume the Diff is 3.14. Check first.
And I have nothing to do with the car or it's seller, just found it by chance.

I stripped 2 near identical cars a few years ago 1.6 sierra estate the diffs were both 3.9 I thought it was the diesel variant that had the 3.14's

You need to be looking for the 2.3 Peugeot diesel engined Sierra, very rare even 15 years ago, unpopular as massively heavy, mind numbly slow, and not at all economical
