What pre '95 Vauxhall models had the 16v redtop engine?

Cavalier GSI
Cavalier SRi (if your very lucky)(also had the 8v)
Astra GTE (also had the 8v)
Calibra (also had 8v)
Boy racered Nova (2.0L conversions)
Astra GSI (later version XE, plastic timing belt tensioners)(also had Ecotec-EcoWRECK!!!)

And anything else with a XE convered engine bay

earlier engines are better internally, but likely to have higher miles. change of bearings, big end bolts to arp ones and new gaskets + head bolts should be ok as a rebuild if nothing is excessively worn.
