Has the rover 216 expansion tank got a pressure cap on it ? i have one from a scappy but cant make my mind up.

1989-1992 Expansion tank cap pressure 09. to 1.0 bar according to Haynes.

Depends on the year and model --- all 214 and 414 have a presure cap on the exansion tank as do 200/25 and 400/45, the early 90s hatchback 216 had Honda engines which just used and expansion bottle.
