ive found a chassiy locost one for £150 it had a 1.6 x-flow ford engine and running gear. its been stripped to bear chassy.i have a astra gte 16v for my donna car but not sure what i do for a rear axal and prop ect and idears? please e-maile me to let me know.jay

go for it, you can use escort, cortina or sierra running gear (some mods will be needed for some stuff) go with the gte engine, I'm using that engine and others are further on with their builds than me with that engine too.

get ron champions book and then look back at old posts on this site about what mods are needed for example to fit sierra IRS rear end if that's your thing.
