got the book, been surfin the sites, last project (beetle restoration) been sold garage empty, almost ready to jump in and join you guys, seen a y reg capri mk2 laser 2 litre (pinto?) complete but much tin worm, un restorable, is it suitable as a donor, anyone had experience of capri based locost?

Very suitable as a donor - there are people here who are using the capri as a donor but I have decided to go down the more complex route of a sierra donor - bought the car, now need the tubing!

if it's front engine, rear wheel drive you'll have no problem that you can't handle
