Flood damaged cars should be totally destroyed due to contaminates risk, NO MATTER what the value of the vehicle.

There's a lot of flood damaged cars there!

The A8 with the 3.2 l V8 is especially nice.

In my work I occasionally get to drive a Bentley CFS, and I can confirm that they are an exceptionally pleasant car to drive.
The four wheel drive might be a bit awkward to incorporate into a Locost, and practically all the W12 engine is ahead of the front axle, but I think it could probably be done.
