duratec clutch question
radom - 7/9/10 at 04:42 PM

which pressure plate should I be using when bolting duratec to the t9?
I have a bellhousing from rwdmotorsport.com with adaptor plate and hydraulic release bearing (part no. 94zt-7a564-aa)
I got friction plate from mondeo I 1.6 (LUK part 322 0259 10) and cover from the same mondeo (luk 122 0203 10)
it fits the fiesta st flywheel well but the slave cylinder only touches spline of the pressure plate very slightly
I guess the adaptor plate provided with the bellhousing is correct thickness so is it the slave cylinder too short or wrong pressure plate? or am I missing something else here

There are 2 lengths of the slave cylinder, the 4 cyl and 6 cyl versions. You need the longer v6 version. Theres about 10mm difference IIRC.

If everything is similar in the 94ZT-7A564-BA and 94ZT-7A564-AA and the only difference is length only the spacer adapter should change.

Is this OK?

Thanks!
