s14a 200sx donor
So iv decided to rip my Nissan apart with the intent of sticking the engine+box in the locost.
I'm also going to use the front calipers,4 pots.
That will be enough to transfer the plate won't it.
Iv scraped the shell already but kept the log book and chassis plates.

Got my age related plate with putting the engine box and diff, didn't bother with the brakes as using ford hubs and i got enough for the front
s14a calipers to buy wilwoods. That was about 6 years ago, when the s13 lads were fitting them as an upgrade tho, don't know what they fetch these
days

What is the height of the engine like in comparison to the usual zetec/type9 combo?

I won't be using the diff, goin for an English setup.
Should be ok with just engine+box for age related as their two major components?
Yea the Nissan 4pots are only bringing 100 now.might get one 2nd hand wilwood.

Yea it is nats 2. Has anybody tried this? I know the ecu is coded for the nats but iv not looked into how to run it without yet.
I could run the nats but iv got a sierra column and barrel so unless I modify the column and change the barrel to the Nissan or try to get chip out
the Nissan key.

With mine i have the sierra barrel and the nissan barrel with pick up ring is fastened round the chassis near to the column
which means i have 2 keys
sierra is the main one and the nissan barrel is not powered up

What engine is that? Different continents used different engines with different heads etc.

Its a blacktop sr20. I knew the redtop pulsar engines use different heads, they've got solid lifters and throttle bodies but didnt know about
continents. What does it matter?

The sr20det black top engine is the best engine out of 200sx s14A that was imported to the uk
This engine is only bettered by the s15 that had 250 BHP standard but was never imported to the uk
