2001 Ford Focus 1.8l Petrol
Hi,
My sister has just offered me her old 1.8 petrol ford focus to use as a donor car if I want but due to not long having a new addition to the family I
currently dont have the time or money to start yet another project and was wondering if it would be of any use to anyone on here?
2001 Ford Focus LX in Aquamist green
138000 miles
Lots of service history but a couple of gaps where 'home' services were carried out.
Some Tax and MOT left on the car
Never been in an accident and has been looked after.
Rust at the bottom of the n/s/r door and tailgate
Needs a new rear silencer as the hanger has now rusted through.
I guess the bad bits above wouldnt affect most kit cars anyway as they wouldnt be used on the kit/locost but i mention it as i know most people will
sell of parts to fund their project like i am currently doing with an mx5 on my drive.
My sister was after £800 for the car but i have told her that realistically she should be ready to accept £600 and no less really as the car is still
a good driver despite its couple of foibles mentioned above.
The car is currently in Weston-super-mare but will be brought over to the Swindon area this weekend.
