MK2 or MK1 MX5 DONOR
Hi all,
I'll be building a heynes kit car in a few months and think I've made up my mind on engine choice and will be using a MX5 donor, I want to
find a 1800 S as it has a LSD.
Does anyone know if the MK2 uprights fit the suspension on the haynes set up?

Sorry to resurrect a dead post, but is this confirmed? There is a Mk2 for sale nearby, and if I can use it as a donor car I'll grab it!

I can't find any differences between the 1 and 2, when it comes to donor parts at least. I believe the 2.5 is also the same, but the mark 3 ones
look considerably different.
Personally I'm keeping an eye out for a pre 94 donor, I like the idea of not having to worry about emissions that much.
