What electrics should I keep?
Apart from the obvious coil, starter, battery etc what should I keep off the XR4x4 donor its the mechanical injection model (I dont need the ABS bits
and bobs)

Depends Mark whether you're builder Car Engined Car or Bike Engined Car.
Differential (LSD), hubs and shafts
Rear Disc's and calipers (if you prefer disc's)
Front Disc's and calipers
Ignition and Key Mechanism
Steering Column from none PAS (4x4 not required as it's powered)
Steering Rack from none PAS (ditto)
Uprights front and rear not required
Front hubs not required as hollow for front shafts.
As much wiring as possible - we took out the dash to totally scavenge.
Any other info. ask, we're only round the corner...

Ben - I guessed that
You looking at upping your post's again
Ok... CEC or BEC?
Either way don't chuck it until you've got your Kit assembled and preferably on the road... then another few months after SVA...
Just about covers it...

Right again, keep everything you can - you will be amazed what you will use or regret chucking!
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation
