Isnt a second hand one good enough? There are loads of the old shape rovers laying about in scrappies with the header tank you are after. Otherwise Unipart probably still make them...just look in the yellow pages for your local unipart distribution place.

As an alternative why not try getting away without using one. I dont have one on mine and it is OK.

Unipart have been completly severed from Rover for a very long time these days they mainly source and distrubute hostpital consumables for the NHS and some heavy commercial vehicles parts.

These days Caterpilller Logistics handle MG-Rover spares under the name X-Part.

Fair enough! I know that Unipart have nothing to do with Rover now, but they do still have parts for them. Or at least our local Unipart place has loads of Rover bits in stock, but then they have parts for all sorts of vehicles. Got my Cortina discs from them for about 60% of the price from a local motorfactor, and they had them in stock.
