Sierra 2.0ltr XR4x4 sapphire

Hi,

Does anybody know if the K reg Sierra 2.0ltr XR4x4 came with a limited slip diff.
The only info I can find is the final drive ratio of 3.9:1 which doesn't equate with the usual LSD ratio of 3.63:1

Thanks,

Dave

Should be an LSD.

2.9ltr came with 3.62.
2.0ltr had 3.9

HTH,
James

There should be a tag on the diff. The code will tell you the ratio and whether it is an LSD, though from recollection all 4x$ had LSDs

Yeah all 4x4s have rear LSD. And yeah the 2 litre is a 3.92.

I'f you're getting a complete car I'd be very interested in the front diff and front propshaft as spares for mine

Oh and another thing if you're getting a whole 2 litre xr4x4 for a donor - you can flog the 4x4 MT75 and slap on full cossy tax (over 100 squid I sold one for) as it's identical to the cossie 4x4 box .

Sorry guys, I don't have the car, but the LSD is a possibility as it came from that particular model. The ratio threw me as I thought all the LSD's were 3.63:1

Apologies if I raised your hopes

Thanks for the info.

Cheers,

Dave.

I have a 3.62 LSD that I will happily swap for the 3.9 one that you are looking at!

Guessing you want the 3.62 with your v8.
