Ford Thunderbird, bits and pieces.
starting to collect parts for my locost.
I have a friend with a thunderbird rear end that I can take away.
posi diff. IRS looks nice, but possibly a little wide?
with a little rework (build replacement a arms out of tube to get rid if those heavy cast units) I think it would be really trick.
what is the width of axle people are using on a 442 chassis for comparison?
a few pics of my other projects

Deman motor sports use the 8.8 rear from the tbird in theirs. I think they use shorter shafts though. The front spindles make ones once I figured
out how they did them. They cut the long upper balljoint holder off and put the upper ball joint in the sway bar hole. Works very slickly.
