novice looking for help

Was wondering if it would be possible to build my locost using all the donor parts from my mk2 astra gte as i cant be bothered to reshell it .is it feasible to use engine gearbox and hubs with all round discs and alloys that i have??
any advice is welcome

The best bit you have is the engine. All locost I have seen have been RWD or four wheel drive the gearbox/diff and hubs etc are of little use. The good news is that the donor parts from a Sierra are very cheap, in most cases less than £100. Keep the engine and use that if still good or sell the car with the engine still running as 2ltr XE 16v engines are very popular.
