sierra doner what do i need of it?

my friend has offered me a 1.8 k reg sierra as a doner car for free. Its the cvh but im going to use a zetec so what other parts of the seirra do i need to remove for my build?

lots of threads in the past on this one. Take pretty much everything you can, including spare wire and the chassis plate.

Strongly agree with this - I have used many odds and sods that you wouldn't necessarily have thought of to strip from a donor. I got them from a Rover 100 that a friendly local mechanic had for several months, including door seal rubbers, coolant hoses, seat runners, mirror, Rover badge (as I have a K-series engine), foam boot lining material, glove box.
