Daewoo Nexia Donor???
We have a Daewoo Nexia GLXi 1500 with only 40,000 miles on the clock but suffering from terminal rust. Is it possible to use some or much of this car
as a donor as it is very much a tarted up Astra. If so what parts is it feasible to use?

To be honest, probably very few parts would be useful. The Astra is rarely used in any kit car (if any), and is of little use in a rear-wheel-drive
car like the Locost.
Maybe it could be used in a rear-engine kit/self-build, but I think that there are more popular drive trains out there (Metro, Fiesta) for that
job.
Sorry to be negative - but you'd be better off deciding on what you want to build, then getting a donor to match it. It's very hard doing
it the other way around.
...but others may have a different opinion!

David

The bulbs? Maybe the handbrake lever? Pedals?
In other words- no! So get it turned into a washing machine ASAP and swap it's drive space for a MK2 Escort, a Cortina or (if you're
willing to design IRS) a Sierra.
HTH,
