I have an old mini engine from a donor. Is it worth anything for scrap or will someone at lease remove it for free?

I am in Newton le Willows near Warrington, Merseyside. There is a full engine including gearbox minus electrics as they where butchered. Think the car
is a c-d reg.
Was running before stripped out though.

If you dont have any luck getting shot of it then get in touch with your local autograss club, class 1 cars are a Mini1000 with no engine mods &
there's always someone who'll make use of it.
