Donor Parts

Hello,

I spent yesterday ripping my old sierra to bits for the donor parts now i have them what do i need to refurb? I was thinking:

Recon kit for the drum brakes as the shoes are good just think i need new springs where can i get these? (I have looked on ebay)

do i need to recon any of the drive shafts? new cv boots maybe? if so is this somthing i can do?

also my steering column is collapsible is that ok?

Got all the new internals for the drums from the local motor factor shop.

Electrolysis for all the drums and uprights, gets them back to new for next to nowt.

I bought a cv boot kit (ebay) that comes with a cone to stretch them over the ends without taking them to bits. Bit of a struggle but once on they are OK.
