sierra diffs
Do all standard 2wd sierras before the age of about 1990 (ones with a pinto in) have a ltd slip diff? thanks

no, generally only 4x4 sierra's have lsd's, regardless of age as far as I'm aware..

cheers, does it really matter? presumably most locosts have an open diff then?!

It doesnt matter too much. I think most people go with the open diff due to cost. If you went for LSD it would give you better traction in corners as
you wouldnt be spinning in the inside wheel as much.

yep, as far as i know, oh and some granada's, though they're slightly larger, and cosworths too, but they are even bigger still i

Yes you are correct was an option but I think Nelson has more chance of finding his eye than you have of locating one
I'm sure I've got one, just don't know where I've put it

I think LSD was an option on all sierras, (maybe from a certain age) it would be a pain to go and check every one you see though.
