Donor car

What's a good donor car for my new locost build .. Iv got a few ideas
But I can't make my mind up so I won't to see what everyone else thinks

It depends on what you want the car to do, what your budget is, how difficult you want to make it, do you want a single donor? etc etc

Give us a clue

I want something so when I take it to the track ill have loads of speed an torque
Price is about £1000/1500 max I'm not fussed about difficulty
Just want speed an fun to be honest

for that sort of cash I'd go for an MX5/Eunos 1.8

Laptop rob has one which runs 250bhp and I think jeffw has too.

Good engine I think rob has the quaife atb diff though.
