Sierra IRS Dimension

Hi,

I've tried searching the forum but can't find what I want, I'm sure it's there somewhere, can anyone help me out or point me at the right thread

I want to know the dimension between the flanges on the Sierra IRS rear, the width across the car from stub axle to stub axle, the flange which the outer Lobro joint fastens to.

I've checked two differant IRS chassis and this distancce differs, does anyone know the distance on the stock Sierra rear suspension carrier.

Thanks

Brad

I've just had a look at my drawings and I'm using a dimension of 1540mm between the outer faces of the flanges of the hubs.

Hi,

Thanks for that, I wonder how that compares to the Sierra as 'standard'.

Cheers

According to the Haynes manuals the rear track of both the standard and 4x4 Sierras is 1468mm. Wheel offset is ET38 so by my calculation 1468 + 2 x 38 =1534.
