What gearbox is in this car

Hi All. This is my first time using the site.
I am going to build a Locost from Aries. and i need to sort out a donor car. i have found a 89/90 (G) 1.8 LX Ford sierra going CHEAP. I know is has a CVH engine but What Gearbox Does it Have?

Type 9 5 speed or MT75 5 speed. Easy to tell if you look underneath.

You can also tell by looking where reverse is - left and forward means its a type 9 whilst right and back means MT75

Being that age, its highly likely to be an MT75

from y sierra owning days, i would say it has a type 9 as the MT75 was only fitted to the 2.0 twin cam (DOHC) engine.

edited to add: only talking about 2wd
