Personally I think you get a good balance of posts on here. The forum has been going quite a while (10 years?), so obviously a lot of car build related questions have been answered many times, so people don't post for the information as much e.g liss of errors in the book chassis/haynes, difference between cortina and sierra uprights ..... and that sort of thing.
Regards
Hugh

Built my car with info from here....

Know lot's of other stuff from this forum....

If I need to know stuff, I ask on here....by and large get good advice from the very diverse membership...I think it's great that we have a 'non car chat' section - I am sure it must have saved our membership £ thousands.......

You're my mates.....even though I can only put a name to a face of about 20 of you.....

Cheers.

Does it matter if people also tap into the wealth of general (and specific) knowledge available through a varied membership?

To me it makes the forum a richer place that people are willing to share their knowledge outside of a very niche activity.

Nail on head

Couldn't agree more
