Great car. Wouldn't this be as quick as the 'lesser' full bodied cars?

id imagine the striker would be quicker than my clubbie for sure. but the aero cars are obviously a better base if you want to go really fast, and install a modern bike motor!
even in RGB (which there are some serious race prepped cars) the 7 type cars are nowhere near the leading mid engined motors!

My friend last year I'm a zzr1100 clubsport was lapping brands indy in under 51 seconds and he is a fairly novice trackdays driver.
Sure there's a vid of him on YouTube.

I don't think any of the class F rgb cars go that quick do they?

Must say its pretty quick and easy to peddle fast,

But my urge for full body car and project has taken over

And I did see the spire but don't think it will be quick enough with a 1000 in it for me,

Prob great in rgb race when you can overtake in corners,

But tck days you need a bit more grunt to over take only on the straights as I been out in a spire was a quick car over a lap but on the sights with a cbr1000 engine it struggled to pass a Clio 172,

So need a bit more grunt

Will keep looking

Cheers all

class f rgb are front engined and this years qualifying was 52 secs
the spire was in the 48's
so they are very very quick and on road tyres. if the radical had another 30bhp like those then it may be similar

hi Daniel

48 sec is tim gray as we all know is a very good driver, most of them are over 48 secs,

bi22ie can peddle his striker around in about 54 secs in his video so can see this is close, I just prefer a bit of grunt in a car to make up for my bad driving habbits,

last track day out in the striker it as quicker than my mnr zx14 and very close to the zx10 turbo lap times I had,

so good balance and power is what in looking for but in an aero car as like you have the bug to get one,

if I cant find one I may look for a hi power cec 7 ie 250 bhp+

thanks and love the radical looked a good buy for the money,

cheers
sean
