Nova
it just happens I have a nova, pretty GWO
is there any thing useful on it? I gather there is no real advantage in using the steering column over a sierras.
Building Mcsorley +422, sierra donor
de-dion rear.

you don't mean wires as in intact loom,
I assume you mean to use as spare wire?
engine is 1.2 8v
(obviously FWD so no use really)

its my aunts, it failed MOT on about £100
worth of repairs, she asked if i wanted it before she scrapped it. Might repair and sell, have not seen the failure sheet though so it could be spare
wire yet

Novas are bulletproof. Mine was written off before I bought it, the guy bought it to rebuild but the chassis was creased. It failed its MOT, I
bought it, pulled it out with the dozer (hydraulic puller) and it popped right back to 'perfect' geometry. I smacked into the back of a
Jaguar a year later, pulled it out again, replaced the front end, used it for two more years, then sold it to a fella who wanted to go rallying in it.
Old Novas never die.
Mark.

If its anything like the nova's round here...
1, you can use the enormous wheels to go on your tractor
2, the windows will make good mirrors in your hallway or bedroom
3, the neon lights underneath could be used in your kitchen
4, the massive fake tail pipe fitted to the standard exhaust could be used as an umbrella stand
5, all those scoops on the bonnet could provide enough material to re-roof your garage
6, the engine may (just) be powerfull enough for your lawnmower
7, the stereo system could be re-used in setting up your own night club where twats can wear thier baseball caps in doors (see point 10)
8, The enormous spoiler on the back may be useful as a balcony for your bedroom
9, The 'dead cool' blue lights built into the washer jets could enhance your christmas tree next year
10, you will no doubt find a stash of baseball caps in the back seat (only to be worn back to front of course) - these could be used for fancy dress
to that all important - 'came as a twat' party

the only good nova is a crushed nova (preferably with its pimply faced baseball cap wearing driver still inside....)
IMHO of course...

if its a 3door version, why not cut the back off and make it into a trailer? they look ok and it is a ftting end to a 'kevs' car!! make
an ok trailer, built in lights and lockable... good springs etc.

If I didn't have a trailer I might consider it, it looks like I will repair and sell might get a couple of hundred quid, it hasn't done
many miles and body work is good!
Might even get enough for some shockers.
That would be nice, cover costs and shockers for fup all!!
