2.0 sierra
Hi People
I will be helping a mate this weekend start his Sierra dohc 2.0 motor .
Because I got my 1.8 injected motor going I thought it will be no problem to get a Sierra motor going.
It is a twin can carberetted motor .I have been thinking about what I need to wire up to get it to run.
So far I can Think of power to the coil , fuel and starter motor
What else do I need to wire up ???
From what I have seen of the loom there is a black box with alot of wire going to it , on it is "motorgard" , from what I see it is
attached to the motor sensors , but not the ignition system.
Any help would be welcome.
Cheers
Vaughan

There is an ignition black box, which also takes a vacuum feed from the carburettor. I was going to use a DOHC Sierra motor, but went Zetec, on my
home PC I may have the circuit diagrams for connecting the box, I did quite a bit of research before scrapping the idea.
