Scrapped donor car - tax renewal???
Hi, I registered my Mk Indy back in around June '09. I'm sure I remember giving the DVLA the V5 for my donor car which I never got back. I
now have a form turn up asking me to renew my SORN or to tax the car.
Have I missed something? Why didn't they declare it as scrapped? I guess I now have to write a letter to them explaining their mistake!

Yep, join the club and send it back to DVLA saying thta it was used as a donor and local DVLA have overlooked update of their database to say that the
original donor DOES NOT EXIST the twats! ok you can ommit the last bit!
