285 BHP is 100 more than a 1000cc bike engine.

IVA ing a 2-stroke would be tough.
RGB requires 4 cylinder 4-stroke (just checked the regulations)
Someone is going to have fun with it though.

I think it sounds bad because of the vari drive system.
But being two stroke it would sound like a bumble bee in a tin can.

I think it would be fun to have to start up a car with a pull chord - imagine the comments at the pub.

Mental engine!! It reminds me of my old Suzuki 750 triple back in the 70s/80's - that didn't quite have that sort of power though
Cheers,
Raz

Could you imagine what two of them made into a V6 would be like? Then add a Supercharger...
Hmm Could be fun and I'll let you know how well it goes

Be interested to know what power it would make on normal 95/98 RON fuel?
Now take a look at these eeejuts - why would you do this...?

That would be a wild engine for a nice light 7, but I wouldn't want to be involved in routing and fabricating the three expansion chambers
you'd need. Or paying for the vast quantities of fuel it would consume for that matter
You'd need a nice close ratio box for it as well, ye olde type 9 wouldn't be much cop.

Nobody has pointed out the flaw in the plan. These things only run on tickover or flat out
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
