Engine in at last!!!!

Still need to mill down the 26 into a 25 on the pully cover.... Also need to install cross bars below the engine mount but will do that when i next remove the engine. Real glad i did the chassis stretch!
Monday it will have its wheels! But still looks nice imo!

How much did you stretch it by? Do you have dimensions/plans? I'm very interested in this!

Looks awesome

hummmmm going to need allot more braces compared to the standard book stuff. This is the idea i have come up with. Originaly i was going to remove the current engine bay cross brace then install a new type that went up to the firewall brace then down to the engine mount, then back upto the top of the wishbone mount. But i might as well leave it in to add a little extra support. All this bracing will be done in 19mm box

What do you guys think about it?

Will this is what i have done so far. Bit overkill but hay! Only downside that i have noticed is the top and bottom rail has pulled towards each other by a total of 1mm in the center on both sides. Guess its where the cross braces have cooled and pulled down a little. you guys think this will be a problem? Or should i put a jack in there attempt to bend it back?
