Side Panels & IVA

I am doing a bit of searching on panel fixing / assembly
etc and I have spotted a few comments from a while back
saying that side panels must be long up to the nose cone
with holes for bones etc.

Is this an IVA requirement?

My kit is an old MK Indy which has been slowly tinkered
with for years.

Are my side panel "out of date" and will I need to
fabricate an infil panel to satisfy IVA?

Cheers

Steve

I didn't have a problem with this at IVA?
I can't see there being a problem provided any exposed stuff meets the radiusing rules. And these rules are more relaxed these days as everything within the area between the wishbones is exempt.

Longest build ever? How long Steve? I started mine November 1999, nearly finished now, both the car and me.

Started mine in March 2001. When I picked it up Martin told me that was chassis No 10. Taking it easy, I previously did three other builds in a similar time during the 80's and 90's. A beach buggy, a Jago Samurai and a Marlin Roadster rebuild. Excuse the reminiscing.

Plumbed, wired, fuelled, ECU'ed, panelled,
