JBA Falcon Project Car For Sale - Now Sold after just 2hrs on Piston Heads!

Hi,

Due to just far to many projects I am needing to cut back and so have decided to sell some of them.

First is my JBA Falcon which is Cortina based. This is a very easy project for someone as it's painted and so much is already bought. It also just needs an MOT to go on the road, no IVA hassles.

More photo's will be added tonight

Done things -

1) It's mostly built with the engine and gearbox installed along with the suspension
2) The engine is a very low miles about 25-30k along with a low miles recon 4-speed gearbox.
3) The back axle has been totally rebuilt with new bearings and seals throughout, the diff to is in great as new condition. (It's a Cortina live axle).
4) The engine has a new duel choke Webber carb.
5) All the lights have been bought (good quality ones too)
6) Four reconditioned 13inch ford rims with 4 new tyres
7) All glass except the windscreen
8) Stainless luggage rack
9) Two nice Triumph seats that well suit the car long with matching door panels
10) Good condition hood
11) Lots of nice stuff like, mirrors, switches, fuse boxes etc more than I can list here
12) Recon brake master cylinder
13) Good new clutch and thrust bearing fitted
14) New Alternator
15) New Radiator
16) Side exhaust done with carbon bike can (very quiet, sadly)
17) Bonnet, Doors & wings already painted
19) Stainless fuel tank with new sender unit (sender not yet fitted)

Things remaining -

1) Needs the brakes finished, though I have good callipers on the front and parts for the rear drums (disks can be fitted, I have the callipers for that but they won't fit inside the 13 inch wheels)
2) Needs a wiring loom sorted, easy as there is not much in the car anyway, simpler than wiring and old Landy.
3) Needs carpet fitted, I have a huge roll of black car carpet which you can take away.
4) Needs 5 simple interior panels to be made, very easy tbh
5) Needs a one piece propshaft for Ford fitment
6) Ether polish or paint the stainless radiator surround
7) Needs some areas of paint touched up on the body shell, well suited to a spay can job.

Few other tasks to do outside this but I'd say the car is 80-90% done. Needing it sold asap so asking only £700 for the whole lot, just in parts alone it is worth far more but I don't want to break it as that would be a waste. Once finished the cars value would be around £4-5k...

Note that this car is in Aberdeen, it needs to be collected. No sales abroad - Cash on collection

U2U me if interested or if you want some more info
