Bathstore Quality.

I just finished installing a Bathroom supplied by Bathstore. If anything could have gone wrong it did. Overall the quality was very poor and many parts were damaged or faulty. To be fair the store did their best to sort things out but what can you do with such a poor product. I do not normally use them and the customer supplied the kit. Has anyone any experience good or bad. Would be usefull to compare experience for future reference.

I have bought quite a few things from Bathstore over the years. All have been at their 'Half Price Sale' which I think is about the right price for the quality!

Service has been very good though, which is why I have been back.

We've had 2 of their toilet seats de-laminate within 5 years and i'm not over impressed with
the quality of the enamel on the steel bath they supplied
But they were reasonable on price so you get what you pay for i guess ?

But then We've also stopped using Screwfix for plumbing fittings etc at work due to alot of quality issues

I fitted my new bathroom, which I had from bathstore, but it was 7 years ago. Quality has been great, although things may have gone downhill over the years as they usually do!!

Thanks for the replies, seems quality can be hit and miss. Perhaps I was a bit unlucky but it has added a lot of wasted time on the job which I have to absorb myself.

over the last 15 years i have had to remove countless wet room floor installations, some low quality some high, many of them simply fail because of movement in our timber structured floors. stay clear is my view. wet rooms seem popular in the states and parts of europe etc where the construction tends to be concrete.
