wha about...
any one know of a locost built with a BMW as the donor, they are all rear wheel drive (as i remember form one ad campain, or if it was something else
i just made a bit of a fool of myself) or is there some sientific or blindingly obvious fault with that ide????.
what is it about me that makes me look like i know what im doing????

ESTfield use them.
There are a few builds in progress here in Sweden but I don't know of any finished ones yet. Personally I have a 320i waiting to be stripped.
Hight of the motors are a problem and it seams the front uprights are tricky to convert.

We have one with BMW m20B20 engine here in Latvia. Although I don't know much details on that (I think it has a live axel from LADA).
I'm building one with IRS, M20B25 engine. Currently I have finnished welding chasis and starting to make wishbones. I'm using as much from
BMW e30 as I can. Athough sometimes I wish I did The BOOK suspension Takes a lot of time to build custom IRS.
