Mark,
I am fabricating floor mounted pedals because it will give me greater leverage and the pedal pad at the corect height for my foot, whereas before the effort on a non servo'd system was too great, with a ratio of 1:3, should be 1:5 or 6, as I read on here somewhere.

I've got the Luego floor mounted pedals with twin master cylinders and bias bar, very well made etc, Car builder solutions (www.nfautos.co.uk) also sell the same arrangement for £98 - not including the master cylinders which are about £35 each, if thats any help ?

If your after making your own, i've not got a clue !! Rescued attachment pedalboxwithbalancebarDSCF0080.jpg

Just to point that master cylinder dia is very important when working ouy pedal ratios.
ALL cars with servos use a bigger dia master cylinder than those without --- the diiference in area is quite significant and this has a major effect on pedal effort.

(Vaguely) related to this topic - I bought a ST rolling chassis with floor mounted pedals (look similar to the Luego ones) already fitted and master cylinders attached. However, the brake pedal has no bush/insert so the threaded bar rattles around, and I can't see an easy way of taking it off to fit a bush, assuming one is needed. Any ideas? Would I take the master cylinders off? If I do, can I safely unbolt the brake pipes and reconnect them afterwards?

Also, how do you adjust the adjustable bias between front and back brakes? It looks pretty permanent and I have heard that you sometimes need to adjust the bias for SVA

Hoping for some help...

Cheers
