In a locost. One from a Mk1 VW polo (1983-85) 1litre. IIRC. Thats the biggest that will fit in a locost nosecone. AFAIK

Polo rad if you can get it positioned correctly with suitable hoses. A rad with inlet/outlet in the center rather than at the edge would be much
easier to mount.

ive fitted Mk1 micra rad. I chose this so that i can copy Mac1's proven plumbing and fan install.
it fits the nose cone quite well - i dont think anything bigger will fit. I got one second hand from a local radiator reconditioners. £10 straight out
of scrapper. If it needs core later = approx £50. I was quoted approx £100+ for new micra or polo rad from motor factors.
