What firts??????

I anybody, I am thinking about building a locost in the near future, but I am unsure of what to get first the donar car or the kit as I only have a one car garage. ANy surjestions

get your donor, strip it, get rid of the remains. The get your chassis, suspension components and start building. Buy your bodywork laterwhen your ready to fit it, then you won't have to store it.

What Nick said. Check the lists in build manuals of what u need from the donor and keep any extra bits u think are handy...

Agree with Nick.

Some of the manufacturers take 8 weeks to build your kit so that's plenty of time to git a donor and refurb everything.

Plus, some manufacturers will want wits of the donor to do your kit. MK will want the steering rack and hubs for example.

but best way.

get divorced

get donor and strip it

get kit, now you can store the body work in the spare bedroom.
